8. tomato soup————–1 can

Directions:

1. Take a medium sized sauce pan and bring some water to boil. Add rice and stir. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
2. Take another wide sauce pan and boil salted water in it.
3. Add the cabbage leaves to it and cook for 4 minutes or less until they turn soft. Drain and keep them away.
4. In a bowl, mix beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Add tomato soup and mix.
5. Divide the mixture into the cabbage leaves and roll them.
6. Take a large skillet and place the cabbage rolls in it. Add the tomato soup on the top. Cover and bring it to boil.
7. Reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes.
8. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1. Farmer’s cheese————2 cups
2. Eggs——————3

5. Salt——————-1/2 teaspoon
6. Flour——————–1 1/2 cups
7. baking soda———–1 teaspoon
8. oil————————-to deep fry
9. powdered sugar———–to sprinkle

Directions:

1. Add oil in a heavy bottom pan and heat it.
2. Meanwhile, take a mixer and mix in cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt.
3. Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl and add the flour mixture to the other mixture.
4. Use two spoons to form balls of the mixture and drop it in the oil.
5. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
6. Take out and sprinkle sugar on top and serve.

4. carrots————-4
5. celery stalks————3
6. tomatoes—————4
7. bell peppers————-2
8. garlic———————–3
9. salt, pepper—————to taste
10. mayonnaise—————1-2 Tablespoon
11. fresh parsley————–½ – 1 Tablespoon

Directions:

1. Cut the fish and pat with a towel. Get rid of excess water or moisture.
2. Take a skillet and add a spoon of oil and heat.
3. Season the fish and cook for 3 minutes on both sides.
4. Keep them aside.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and meanwhile, take a skillet and oil to it.
6. Add onions and season it.
7. Cook for 8 minutes until soft.
8. Add remaining veggies and parsley to it.
9. Spread these vegetables as a thin layer on the baking tray and place the fish on top f it.
10. Spread the remaining half over the fish and add mayonnaise on the veggies.
11. Cover the dish and cook for 50 minutes or less.
