How to Make Dutch Pancake
In order to make dutch pancake, following steps involved as -

Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour—————–1 cup
2. Salt———————————–1/4 teaspoon
3. Orange zest———————— ¼ teaspoon
4. Eggs———————————-6
5. Milk———————————1 cup
6. Vanilla extract——————-1/4 teaspoon
7. Butter, unsalted—————–3 tablespoons
8. Pears, caramelized—————- to serve
9. Honey——————————– to serve
10. Sugar powdered——————- to serve

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit. Put a rack in the middle and place a large iron skillet in the oven to preheat for at least 5 minutes.

2. Take a large bowl and Mix well salt, flour and zest of orange. Incorporate and whisk to break up any lumps in the mixture. Keep the mixture aside.

3. Now take a separate bowl and mix eggs, vanilla and milk in the bowl and start whisking until the eggs broken up and all the ingredients are mixed well.

4. Now make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and add the egg mixture to it. Whisk until the batter is slightly lumpy and thoroughly moistened for about 1 minute. Make sure that you don’t over mix things.

5. Use a dry kitchen towel and take out the iron skillet from the oven and add the butter. Once it melts, tilt the skillet and spread the butter on all sides and bottom of the skillet.

6. Now take the batter and pour it in the skillet and bake it until golden brown on all sides for at least 20 minutes.

7. Remove the pan cake from the oven and serve hot with caramelized pears or honey and some powdered sugar on top.
